OEA members have access to two, free 30 minutes consultation sessions and discounted legal services for personal matters (wills, real estate, traffic violations, bankruptcy, etc.). See the flyer linked below for more information.
TAAA – Teacher Annuity and Aide Association – This is a teacher retirement supplemental plan option available for teachers under 40 years old. Please look at the financial returns and read the link to the website and the flier. Pays for itself after the first year of retirement.
OEA Membership Dues Breakdown. People often ask where their money goes. Attached is the breakdown of where the OEA portion of the money is allocated.
All OHEA members are also members of SWOEA and are eligible for this scholarship opportunity. Click the link for more info.
For the members who have a high school Senior, there is a scholarship available from SWOEA open for any union members to apply.
Need graduate hours? All union members have access to discounted credits, up to 9 credit hours for $200) through OEA.
